Hello,
I have downloaded the images but not able to open them. The mrxs format gives me a low res image on QuPath. Although I place the image file along with the .dat file in the same folder, I am not able to open the hi res image.
Can you please direct me how to view the images in Qupath

It is difficult to help on this. It simply works, no need for special things. Just open the .mxrs file (do not move it in the image folder! just let everything as is). Then export image as OME TIFF.

You can convert them using 3DHistech software. Check other posts in this thread for further info.
