Hello,

I am from Bangladesh. My local storage is too small. So, I am unable to download the whole (755 GB) dataset.

But, I have unlimited storage in the Google Drive. So, I want to store the whole dataset into the Google Drive and want to code with Google Colab.

Is there any procedure to do this task? Please, let me know.

Thank you.

We will discuss the google drive alternative, although in your case it will hardly make any difference. The file format is mrsx. To convert to tiff, or any other format you'll need the slide converter that, as far as I know, only works in your local drive. I'm not sure if this one or any other alternative for the conversion may work with colab. An alternative would be if you can download the dataset in small chunks, convert it locally, upload it to your google drive and delete it from your hard disk. That would take you a lot of effort, unfortunately.

Since now it seems we reached the users limit on the server,  something different needs to be provided. My download stopped during the night, after 475G, and it seems I am not able to gain access again.
One alternative could be Torrent, if you do not want to put it on some cloud service.
