I am a male, free form/hip hop dancer age 63. I am super fit and have a lean physique. I will dance continuously for hours with no physical impact. It is my life.

I injured my groin on a post. Since then I noticed a small bulge in my right femoral area and ultrasound has confirmed it to be a very small hernia. I am booked into a hernia specialist in September 2024 but have not been keen on introducing the mesh, a foreign material into my body that could easily shift with my activities.. I would like a natural repair and I just discovered your marvelous technique.

1. Are there any other dancers/ mountain bikers with the Desarda technique?

2. Auckland New Zealand looks to be the only location that provides this technique. Is there anyone in Tauranga or Hamilton?
