Dear Arun Prakash,
I am retired from the practice and other surgeons trained by me perfectly
are doing all surgeries. You are required to send us a request email to
des...@hotmail.com asking for details of such doctor in Pune.
You can find a doctor in your area also for your treatment. We have
delivered lectures to many surgeons from all over the world through various
conferences. If the doctors are used to attend these conferences then they
should be aware about this surgical technique. My lectures are teaching
lectures. However, if any surgeon whom you contact for your surgery is not
aware then don’t worry. Show him the internet pages you have about our
technique or ask him to send us an email and we will provide him all
teaching material. Our operation technique is very simple to understand and
follow for any surgeon with a good surgical skill. So you can contact a
surgeon from your locality and give him all the information downloaded from
our web site. He may go through that and be willing to use this technique. *We
have not made any patent of this operation technique* so any surgeon can
use it without any permission or payment to us. We will be providing all
the technical knowhow free of cost to him. Visit our website to get full
access to all operative or recovery videos, research articles or cost
involved. www.desarda.com

Be careful about mesh used in hernia surgery. It is a simple piece of
synthetic cloth !!!

But the tissue is weak already and hence the hernia is caused at the first place mesh provides a support after fibrosis how these non mesh are superior ? Mesh seems to be a risky thing but with a possibility of best outcome as well

Hi,
Such comment without reading details of any technique is unwarranted.
Here week tissue area is replaced by a strong aponeurotic strip. Visit: www.desarda.com

The Desarda technique for inguinal hernia repair utilizes a strip of the external oblique aponeurosis to reinforce the weakened area without the use of synthetic mesh. This method involves creating an undetached strip from the external oblique aponeurosis, which is then sutured to strengthen the posterior wall of the inguinal canal.
Healing and Regeneration at the Donor Site:
Healing Process: The area from which the aponeurotic strip is fashioned undergoes a natural healing process. The continuity of the external oblique aponeurosis is maintained, and the body's healing mechanisms work to repair the site. Scar tissue forms, providing structural integrity to the area.
Tissue Regeneration: While the exact replication of the original aponeurotic tissue may not occur, the formation of scar tissue and the body's adaptive mechanisms help restore function and strength to the donor site. The undetached nature of the strip ensures that the integrity of the external oblique muscle is preserved, facilitating effective healing.
Advantages of the Desarda Technique:
Natural Reinforcement: By using the patient's own tissue, the Desarda technique provides a natural reinforcement to the weakened area, potentially reducing the risk of complications associated with synthetic materials.
Dynamic Protection: The undetached strip acts dynamically during muscle contractions, creating physiological tension that prevents herniation. This mechanism offers both mechanical and physiological protection against recurrence.
Considerations:
Postoperative Care: Adhering to postoperative care instructions is crucial to ensure proper healing and minimize the risk of complications. This includes avoiding strenuous activities as advised by your surgeon.
Consultation with Surgeon: Discuss any concerns or questions with your surgeon, as they can provide personalized information based on your medical history and the specifics of the procedure.
Overall, the Desarda technique is designed to utilize the body's natural tissues effectively, promoting healing and reducing the likelihood of recurrence. Proper surgical technique and postoperative care are essential to achieve optimal outcomes.
