In Chennai many doctors are available to perform dasarada techniques but many doctors recommend with Mesh surgery only.

Hi, It is true that many doctors are still recommending hernia surgery with mesh. These surgeons are attached to what they are traditionally doing in their practice and reluctant to read advances in hernia surgery. But slowly, many patients themselves are aware of life long mesh complications and insisting to do their hernia surgery by our mesh free technique only as they are convinced that Desarda repair is simple, mesh free and with superior results. So now many more doctors in India or the world also have started using our technique in their practice.

Yeah, most doctors don't do/haven't learned how to do the desarda method.  Most thinking mesh is the only way (that's the only way they learned to do) - well, forget that.  I flew from Hawai'i to Florida to have mine done - almost two years ago.  Totally worth it!!

But the tissue is weak already and hence the hernia is caused at the first place mesh provides a support after fibrosis how these non mesh are superior ? Mesh seems to be a risky thing but with a possibility of best outcome as well
