You can find a doctor in your area also for your treatment. We have delivered lectures to many surgeons from all over the world through various conferences. If the doctors are used to attend these conferences then they should be aware about this surgical technique. My lectures are teaching lectures. However, if any surgeon whom you contact for your surgery is not aware then don’t worry. Show him the internet pages you have about our technique or ask him to send us an email and we will provide him all teaching material. Our operation technique is very simple to understand and follow for any surgeon with a good surgical skill. So you can contact a surgeon from your locality and give him all the information downloaded from our web site. He may go through that and be willing to use this technique. We have not made any patent of this operation technique so any surgeon can use it without any permission or payment to us. We will be providing all the technical knowhow free of cost to him. Visit our website to get full access to all operative or recovery videos, research articles or cost involved. www.desarda.com

Why are you looking mesh free surgery?
Even many doctors not having knowledge on Laparoscopic and they are always recommended open surgery and mentioned like Laparoscopic is useless but actual he don't have skills and he is not ready to upgrade his skills due to age factor.

In same way, first needs to understand hernia,It's weak of abdominal wall and we can't expect like operation part area only weak, entire area is weak and get the hernia in other places as well in future hence put the mesh to cover maximum area in abdominal wall then chances are very less occurance.

I personally recommend Laparoscopic surgery with mesh, lap surgery will cover maximum abdominal wall.Maybe initial time little uncomfortable due to mesh but later our body is accepted the mesh.

FYI:1.5 years back done my umblical hernia with mesh using Laparoscopic,I am very comfortable like before and no side effects like discomfort/pain.

Ravi Kumar

Dear Ravikumar, We do not claim that every patient operated with mesh suffers from mesh complication. It is good that you had no problem after your surgery with mesh. Mesh is a foreign body and its acceptance by the body is a gambling. Your body may reject a foreign body or partially accept it. Then what will happen? And therefore if mesh free surgery is available with similar outcome then it is wise to choose a mesh free option. You may google and can see the cry of thousands of patients suffering from mesh complications.

That's what I am explain very clearly in my email, complete abdominal wall is weak is the reason we need put the mesh to support maximum abdominal wall.

Abdominal wall is bigger size and we can't expect like when you will get the hernia. If you are getting next pls go with mesh surgery rather than mesh free.

Here I am not debate to anyone ,which one is the best because this not to expect frequently like 2 or more times.

I hope you understand the my intention and live/treatment based on latest/upgrade techniques.

Ravi Kumar

Most patients seeking Desarda come to the Desarda Hernia Center, USA in Fort Myers, FL.  Dr Robert Tomas is the only surgeon trained by Dr Desarda himself.

He is fine tune and added his techniques.
Same way why can't accept latest/upgrade techniques recommend by new generation doctors.

Even open surgery chances for abdominal adhesion and needs accept robotic surgeries

plastic prevents copper from exiting the body.  copper overload and hidden copper overload is the cause of all new age dis-ease including cancer.  this is just one of th reasons westerners don't understand why putting polypropylene mesh inside one's natural being is UNhealthy.  anything manmade is unsuitable for permanently residing in our bodies and there will be consequences eg root canals (lead poisoning to say the least - read other professional dental association's (weston price) notes for other reasons.  same goes for those white 'ceramic' fillings the system tells us are healthier than the original amalgams.  i've read and heard from dentists that lab staff actually die using these materials in their work.  the white ones are over 70% aluminium and aluminium at low potency is far more toxic than mercury (remember doctors don't have to study chemistry to tell you how  your bodies are operating despite the fact that our bodies and minds are made of 'chemicals' eg minerals and vitamins.  not a wise choice!).  i've been poisoned for the past 15 years from these white fillings.  sadly dentists now use the same ionomer/poly/monos as inlays under the amalgam which does exactly the same toxic job as the manmade 'ceramic' toxic fillings.  arghhhhhhhh!  like they say give a dog a good name and pat it on the back!

We don't have any other options, maybe current or next generation scientist needs to find the solution to replace the mesh or other alternative best solutions.
