You can find a doctor in your area also for your treatment. We have delivered lectures to many surgeons from all over the world through various conferences. If the doctors are used to attend these conferences then they should be aware about this surgical technique. My lectures are teaching lectures. However, if any surgeon whom you contact for your surgery is not aware then don’t worry. Show him the internet pages you have about our technique or ask him to send us an email and we will provide him all teaching material. Our operation technique is very simple to understand and follow for any surgeon with a good surgical skill. So you can contact a surgeon from your locality and give him all the information downloaded from our web site. He may go through that and be willing to use this technique. We have not made any patent of this operation technique so any surgeon can use it without any permission or payment to us. We will be providing all the technical knowhow free of cost to him. Visit our website to get full access to all operative or recovery videos, research articles or cost involved. www.desarda.com

Find any surgeon suitable to you from www.desarda.com/doctors-centers

Be careful about mesh used in hernia surgery. It is a simple piece of synthetic cloth !!!

You may read either of our books recently published on Amazon.com:

Description: Description: Description: Description: Book cover1 small31] Title: A short handbook of Desarda repair for inguinal hernia. At $ 4.99 (Rs.  354/-) only.

2] Title: New technique of inguinal hernia repair-Desarda Repair. At $ 2.99 (Rs.  207/-) only.

Click here: https://www.amazon.in/s?k=desarda+repair&crid=10B8VG4SSMCK9&sprefix=Desarda%2Caps%2C276&ref=nb_sb_ss_i_1_7

Useful for general public, undergraduates, postgraduates and consultants to get complete knowledge of new technology of inguinal hernia repair without mesh. It gives all details of causes, new technology, complications, treatment etc in a very easy and flowing language.

Remember, every laparoscopic surgery is done with mesh only. And that is more hazardous because the mesh which is a simple piece of cloth is inserted inside your abdomen. So never consider endoscopic or laparoscopic surgery even if it is done free of cost.

You can contact us on our mobile 09373322178 if you need more information.

Click on the 'Location' link on our home page and this will give you full details as to how to reach to us, and also the full details of the costs

involved. http://www.desarda.com/location-charges

Please visit our websites for details and the operation movie to see the live demonstration of this operation. You can also see the videos of some patients

from Australia or USA that shows how fast our patient recovers after surgery. Visit to India for surgery is quite economical. We have hospital set up of international standards. http://www.desarda.com

You can exchange views with other patients who got operated by “Desarda Repair” by joining our hernia surgery group.

Thanks and with best wishes.

I am not sure, why people are looking only mesh free surgery?

We can't perform laparoscopic surgey when you are opt for mesh free.

I am strongly recommends go with mesh surgery and update/adopt latest technologies.

Anyway final is your call

Ravi,

I went through my own selection process to arrive at Desarda, which I will explain for your comment...

NOT a big deal, but disadvantages of mesh include being in the way of future surgeries, e.g. prostate repair; and being an annoying needless lump in your private parts, something else to break, etc.

However, Desarda has a variety of other advantages, like there is no need to enter the abdomen, and there is no need for general anesthesia with its well-known long-term downsides.

People talk about eliminating scars, but at my age, scars bring a sort of familial respect - akin to the scene in the movie Jaws where the two men are comparing their scars. I lament the fading of my previous laparoscopic scars.

The ONLY significant downside of Desarda I can see is the initial 2 weeks of additional post-surgical pain. Oh well, nothing is perfect. Take a pill and put up with it for 2 weeks.

We can't perform laparoscopic surgery when you are opt for mesh free.

Why would anyone prefer laparoscopic surgery over a less invasive approach? I have had laparoscopic surgery in lieu of cutting my abdomen wide open to repair a looped bowel, but in lieu of Desarda or other incisional repairs - it doesn't make sense to me. Please explain.

I am strongly recommends go with mesh surgery and update/adopt latest technologies.

Desarda is >20 years newer than laparoscopic surgery, so by your logic everyone should be opting tor Desarda.

Anyway final is your call

No, not really. Desarda is now threatening the proposition of doctors and insurance companies making BIG money from hernia surgeries using robotic procedures. I have 100% insurance, so all procedures have identical zero cost to me, but I can't find ANYONE in the northwestern U.S. who does Desarda. I may be splitting hairs here, but it is beginning to look like I may have to have a less-than-the-best procedure (by my criteria) for purely political reasons. Medicine shouldn't be like this.
