Jarrow puts out a 1000 mg capsule. It is naturally in every cell of your body.
But the added amount helps to strengthen skin & joint structure. It a yoga
guru recommended it to me as being helpful as an aid to stretching. I found that
taking more than one is a definite aid to bowel movements.
I take Source Naturals Magnesium Malate.
According to Stu Mittleman, in Slow Burn, who ran 1000 miles in 11
days, and felt better at the end than he did when starting, malate is good for
the heart. He recommended Magnesium malate, so that what I use. I only use 1
tablet which is about 133 mg. More gives me the
runs.
Question: how much do you move? Do you
walk at all? or run? doing yoga or tai chi helps, but walking for an hour a day
is extremely important. But start out slow if you have not been walking. One of
my boys won't have a bowel movement unless he walks.
