Attention all members of HerniaSupport: Zipped versions of the pages
and files associated with this group will be available for download
until August 31, 2011. After this date, Google Groups will turn off
this feature and the zip file downloads. There are only 2 days left to
get the files!!! If you want to download the pages and files to your
computer, go to the home page of the group and click on the links now!

juba, i dont understand. what is the difference between "posting online" and "posting by email".
