Hello All;

After having left arm pain; I had an ambulance ride to the Reading Hospital Sunday afternoon and heart catherization Monday to open a clogged heart artery. I am home now after the short hospital stay doing better but will return to the hospital in a month to determine how to fix the two remaining occluded heart arteries. Meanwhile I am on meds to try dissolving the current blockages with meds.

Best; Wilson

Wilson:  best wishes for a complete recovery - Andrew

PS  And, if you want to know more about cleaning up your arteries naturally, let me know (privately), or do your own research. Comandin & other drugs may be good short term but it's probably better to use simpler methods and take care of the underlying causes.

Yes, Andrew...tell me about cleaning my arteries naturally!

Also; my own research suggests I need a low Vitamin K diet since K thickens the blood. If I can eat food that doesn't thicken the blood I don't need meds to thin it!

Thank you very kindly for the suggestions in advance....I'm all ears! lol

Wilson Vitamin E, C and Salmon oil are all blood thinners. I use ascorbic acid and baking soda, 1 tsp ascorbic to 1/2 tsp baking soda = 6.5 grams of C, 2 or 3 times that if I'm feeling down, like a cold.
Asprin is also a blood thinner. But I wouldn't take asprin. I use Bromalaine, from Pineapple. Google it! Check out Linus Pauling Heart Good luck and best wishes

thanks abunch Dutty! I'll save that info to use when I get off the prescription meds. How will I know when to use it? How will I know when my blood is thin enough?

When you cut yourself, and the blood doesn't coagulate, you've got enuf. If you have not been using Vit E, start with 100 units for a month, then go to 200 unit, etc to 400 units a day. I use 2 salmon oils a day. Salmon oil fights inflammation. Google this stuff. L-Lysine and L Proline, plus vit C cleans the arteries.

Hey there. Hope you get better. It's quite a bummer to read how some of you have so many complications along with the hernia. I know how it's tough for me to manage with a back problem and sometimes jus with a cold or a stomach infection; along with the Hernia. ....

Well I'm 20 years of age and jus noticed the Hernia buldge a month back. A Doc told me to get surgery done and I was plannning on doing it now since I'm on vacation and Third Year's starting in a month or so. I don't think my Hernia is a tear cause it came gradually. My back injury from 3 years back caused me to have a lack of exercise and this degeneration caused my Hernia for sure. I HOPE I can cure it within 5 months with proper exercise and supplements. I also believe we have to trust in the Creator's magic dispersed all over this Universe and harness the power to allow such a miracle to happen.

Please take care...

Hello Rich;

Thanks for the encouragement! I consider all my health issues blessings in that it causes me to focus on God much more of my thinking time which strengthens my spiritual relationship. There is no higher power.

I am doing well in my recuperation! This is actually a third chance at recovery over the last ten years which precious few ever experience! I will stick to a strict diet from here on out!

Best; Wilson

All excellent advice so far - cod liver oil (I know of, instead of salmon oil, about 2  tablespoons a day, with ubiquinol as best form of coQ10 to enhance it) is great way to replace blood thinners .. I would also take (on an empty stomach, so at night best) some Nattozimes and Serrapeptase;  nattoz also helps blood thinning in addition to dissolving clots and plaque - same with serrapeptase, you can find more info on the web, though of course no one can say what is not regulated. A friend of mine who had a neck cat scan for other reasons and was on that regimen got good confirmation, his neck arteries were very clean.  As usual have to combine it all with proper diet, attitude (no stress, proper rest!) and exercise.  Nothing new here, but all sages have said it over and over, and few really follow that advice well.

So anyway, all the best, and  let us know how you fare

 PS. The Life Extension  foundation and Jonathan Wright, MD are very trustworthy resources.

Thanks for the advice Andrew! I'll keep this in mind but at this point I am interested in keeping my blood thin and there is no indication it is not too thin. One day at a time and I'm watching my BP closely. Meds prescribed are now too strong as I am watching also my diet very closely esp. for Vitamin K which will thicken my blood; so that I am avoiding as much as possible.
I am feeling very well so far with a bit of angina from time to time which is lessening each day and being on five different meds at this point recuperation is going well as far as I can tell.

Well, hope you are well enough by now - without too many side effects from any drugs (coumadin, xarelto etc). You may want to consider weaning off them and using the simpler and possibly safer and more useful long term supplements mentioned above.  A good friend I know has done that without any problems at all, and is doing quite well.

Hello Andrew!   It's been awhile since we communicated! Thank you for remembering me!

I am doing well and continui ng to improve on angina as I cannot remember when I last had it but I continue to carry nitro .04 and am taking 24 hour nitro every evening before bed along with BP meds. I take my BP reading before taking the meds and take them accordingly to the readings. Most times the BP is just slightly elevated before bed but upon rising very close to normal.
I have been prescribed Plavix which I take every morning along with an acid reducer (Plavix creates more stomach acid) along with a baby aspirin....all three prescribed by my latest cardiologist who appears the sanest of all I have been seen by.
I am now 100% VA disabled after many years of fighting with administrative hatchet-wielding nasties determined to sweep the service-connection under the rug....but I am winning that battle and still have pending appeals in progress for the remaining problems the gov't is responsible for through neglect of environmental issues where I was USAF stationed including asbestos and Agent Orange exposure.
My hernia is very nearly reduced close to normal with just slight protrusion; so the surgeon's advice that it will never go away is fading into history as not valid.
I have done nothing to reduce the hernia swelling other than yardwork which keeps my stomach muscles toned well enough to hold the now-minor swelling at bay.

Have a Happy Thanksgiving and continue healing!

Best; Wilson
