Hello,

I am trying to check consistency on an expended ontology based on Gene Ontology. I added only one class with serveral individuals and properties. The running time of Hermit confuses me because when I added around 50000 individuals it can give me an result in 15 minutes using 15G of memory, but when I just added 10 individuals it ran for around an hour an gave me an out of memory error. Does anyone knows how to solve this kind of problem or has an idea on why this happens please?
