branch weakform merged

Hi,
in order to facilitate development and bring things
back to normal, we decided to comment out unfinished
examples in the weakform branch temporarily and
merge weakform into master. The list of examples that
need to be updated is below, you will see that it is
still quite long. I will update at least the first chapter in
the tutorial during Monday and Tuesday, so that it is
clear how the new forms work.

Please do not use Pavel Karban's weakform branch
anymore.

I'm glad that you merged the new forms and the API is somewhat stable now.

I'll take a look of the new forms and will work on the nernst-planck examples in near future.
