Hooray, Buildbot Succeeds!

Hi,
  after commenting some failing tests and a few
excessively long tests, the buildbot now succeeds.
We should now take great care to keep things
this way. Any commit that breaks it and that
will not be fixed immediately will be reverted.

Commenting out failing tests is not a good thing, so
I would like to ask everyone to help fix them again. In
some cases this requires fixing the example itself,
such as with the H2D example microwave-oven.

Also, there still are commented-out examples where
the weak forms need to be upgraded to the new style.

Please help us finalize the transition, either by fixing
tests, or by upgrading and enabling examples that
are still commented out.
