Hi Team,

Just added some additional "how to's" for the sphinx tutorial, under "Introduction" in the hermes documentation.  These "how to's" will allow the user to update Cython and install the ExodusII and NetCDF libraries, if they need to.

You could view or pull the work from my github at:

https://erick-at-git...@github.com/erick-at-github/hermes.git
g...@github.com:erick-at-github/hermes.git

branch: sphinx

Thanks,

Erick

Hi Erick,
thank you very much. I pushed your changes in, but would
suggest minor changes as follows:

(1) I would put the Cython and Exodus sections under Installation (after
Installation of Linear Solvers I would put

Installation and Updating of Cython
Installation of ExodusII and NetCDF

(2) The section about Paraview I would place at the beginning
of the Hermes3D section.  So, the section Other How to's would
      disappear.

Pavel

Erick - wonderful, thanks a lot.
You are really good with this
sort of thing. I have read through
and merged your changes.

BTW, I do not know about your next
plans but we would need your help
with updating the description of
benchmarks in the Sphinx tutorial.
For example all NIST benchmarks
are now finalized, so the corresponding
Sphinx section can be updated.

Hey Dr. Solin,

No problem, i could help out with this. Perhaps we could talk a
little bit more in detail about this on Wednesday, just to make sure
things are done correctly.
