Hi!

A couple of comments on the pdf. (on hpfem.org/~jblocher).

p. 309

There is a very long latex equation that I split up as best I could, I don't think it looks great, but it is the best I have so far... needs to be split properly if possible.

Compare p. 127 to p. 147.

The figure directive scales a bit differently from image, so I am still trying to get all images to look consistent.

The images from Hermes3D were significantly smaller than the rest, this has improved.

Switching to the figure directive has made the images in html 75% of their previous size, which I think looks nice, the Hermes3D images need to be bigger still in the html output, hopefully it will be an easy fix.

Question: Do we want the images in latex bigger, as on p. 147, or similar to the size on p.127? Either way it shouldn't affect the html output, the images will stay approximately 75% of their original size in html.
