Hello Zhonghua,
thank you very much for this! I run the tests and the following
ones fail (there must be some problem because these examples
are supposed to work fine):

I don't think so. For example, you can try example neutronics(not the test), you will see
 
E Newton method did not converge.

Well, then this is a bug in the example that needs to be fixed.
It has worked before. Thanks for discovering this.
