[hermes1d] missing main.cpp in hermes1d/examples/system_sin_adapt

  There is nothing else in hermes1d/examples/system_sin_adapt except CMakeLists.txt.

That's right. I checked a version from Jan 11 2011
and it was already not there. Can you go back in
git history to retrieve it please?
