Enable H1D and H3D on buildbots.

Aayush,
I believe that only Hermes2D is compiled on the buildbots.
Please enable H1D and H3D as well. I created an issue
for this here: https://github.com/hpfem/buildbot/issues/issue/3#issue/3.
