Do all the connector tabs in the connector look okay?


Is there a good snap when you insert the cable?
What type of cable are you using?
Is it connected at both ends?

There is a bit of dust and debris on the board in the pictures. Is the connection problem resolved if you clean the board with compressed air?
When did you purchase this board from Makerfabs?
