Hello Hermes-Lite Group Members,

Please do not use this group to extensively promote or demote other SDRs. This is a discussion group for the Hermes-Lite. 

Selling, buying or commercial advertising is not allowed. Saying you have a radio for sale, but can't sell it here and asking for suitable forums, yet still providing your contact details is equivalent to advertising.

The expected repair or replacement process is clearly detailed here:

It is also linked from the Makerfabs site. Please do not contact Makerfabs until your problem has been reviewed in this group. Since this is a volunteer group, you may have to wait for a response on this group, up to one week as listed on the wiki.
