TCI Audio - Thetis <-> JTDX

Hi folks,

First post, I've owned a HL2 for a couple of months and love it.

I'm trying to get audio over TCI working using Thetis as the server and with JTDX as the client. Currently, TCI rig control works great, I'd also be keen to get audio working. I tried selecting TCI audio in JTDX settings but it kills the connection to Thetis and TCI rig control also fails when TCI audio selected.

Is there anything I'm missing? Anyone else got this working? Moving away from virtual audio cables would be great, moving away from serial CAT control has been really great!

In Windows 11 it shows the ability to pair new input/output devices. Don't know if Win 10 has the same. Perhaps used with Sound mapper in VAC1 this will allow you to make some new connections to TCI?

As far as I am aware TCI audio has not yet been implemented in Thetis

No, TCI Audio is not implemented, hopefully it will be soon...IMHO TCI is the way forward for all interfacing - Audio, CAT and remote control (hoping the developer Richie reads this ;-) )

Thanks folks, didn't realise audio wasn't implemented yet.

Charlie, yes I agree! I've been using TCI for a couple days and I'm convinced this is the way forward. I'm thinking of designing a project that can provide a TCI server on a microcontroller, and spit out CAT commands for my Xiegu G90.
