Anyone done anything creative to muffle the annoying clicks of the break-in relay in CW?  I'm about to remote my HL2 to the next county to get the clicking out of the shack.  Problem is I use the companion board and use the phone and key jacks.  The clicking is just enough out of step with the side tone that is screws with my sending -or is that just a me problem?

It's often more than one relay.  Up to 3 relays inside an HL2 click during key down.  I tried soft putty on top of the TxRx relay; but observed no noticeable difference in click sound, as the sound likely comes through the bottom of the circuit board and case.  A possible better solution might be one of those small sound proof boxes made for microphones, perhaps completely sealed except for cable ports and an added small fan.  73, Ron, N6YWU

Thanks, Ron,
Yep, that’s the conclusion I came to.     Thanks!

As an update-  Well, I've been using this a while now and I'll say that the relay clicking annoyance just goes away.  I just don't hear it anymore.
