Hermes Lite 2 No output power( I Stopped at DB3)

Greetings Hermes Group,

Well I have a Hermes Lite 2 with no TX power all. At this time using Thetis 2.10.35  then switch to SparkSDR. I went threw the complete trouble shooting Steve had posted. All  good till I got to the DB3 test point and found no signal at DB9 3&4. Yes the transmitter is keying he leds on on the front panel  tx&run  are on. 

 When running SparkSDR I noitce the swr is jumping

all over the place, the current is 105 ma. and of coarse the fwd pwr is 0, the temp is slowy

raising up .I recheck all my test gear all good. RX works great .

I'm open for  suggestion .

Hi Allen,

I don't follow what you are saying about DB9. Are you measuring at DB3 or DB9? With an oscilloscope and CW TX on 80M, what is the peak to peak voltage you see on DB3 pin 4 to ground, and pin 3 to ground? Is there any signal? Does applying downward finger pressure on U7 cause signal to be seen?

Also, for warranty purposes and as requested on the wiki repair page, what was the ship date of your HL2 from Makerfabs? Did you make any modifications to the HL2 PCB?

Greetings all, Has anyone else experienced  no power output  and trouble shoot down  to DB3 pins 3&4 no signal when keying the transmitter?

We are just looking for answers.

Hey Alan I also am a new Hermes Lite owner and have no power out . I have checked the Hermes no power out page and tried all the recommendations and have came up empty . I’ll be interested in your findings to this solution. Jerry K0DU

I am new new Hermes Lite 2 owner as well.  I get nothing on   Tune.  Nothing showing up on another radio as well.  Stumped for now....
