I have just installed the beta 2 release of Thetis and started to test it.
About CW does I correctly understand that I can send CW from the keyboard, using CWX but I still need to decode CW with my ears, that there is no internal decoder (like SparkSDR has one derived from fldigi)?

Hi,
I'm intrigued as to where the idea that the cw decoder in spark is anything to do with fldigi came from as I've read it more than once.
The CW decoder in SparkSDR is not anything to do with fldigi, it is entirely self contained and of my creation (so its failings are all mine :) )

Thanks Alan. It's clear now, I had also read it in several places and I just took it as true, a silly behaviour!
Well SparkSDR is my favourite software, the 2nd being Quisk.
I understand it's your creation, in which you integrated connexions to Wsjt-x but nothing to fldigi.

Alan, I found the origin of this wrong idea of a sparkSDR cw decoder linked to fldigi. I and probably other members made a confusion with the sBitx project. A quote "The CW Reader The sBitx works in the background with the excellent FLDigi software written by the team of Dave, W1HKJ." of the preliminary sBitx manual ( sbitx_operating_manual_v1 - Google Docs)
