Hello everyone.

I'm using my RadioBerry with a Raspberry Pi 4 on Thétis.
The connection is made via my internet router.
I saw that it was possible to connect the Raspberry Pi 4 directly to the PC's Ethernet port.
Could you tell me how to do this?

Raspberry PI Ethernet port can autosense so a straight thru cable should be fine.  Just connect to your PC and try to ping the raspberry pi.

I would recommend a pi 5 as it is significantly faster than a pi 4.

Hello Gary
Thanks for the response.
I will check if it is a straight or crossed cable and ok for the RPI-5
This will undoubtedly be one of my next purchases.
you will tell me if it is compatible with RadioBerry+Pihpsdr.

"autosense" means that either a straight-through or a cross-over cable should work.

Just thought that might have been lost in translation.

That's it, I found it online!
You just need to assign a static IP address to both the PC and the Raspberry Pi (the same one). Now I can use Thétis on the PC or, independently, RadioBerry in standalone mode.
