Thetis/HL2 version 10.3.7 does not apply PA output to 3W, the Micro PA100 reqiures.

Went thru all... still keeps output to 5/7W depending band.......?

You need to adjust the drive slider. The hermes will have different power output on different bands.

In addition to the drive slider, most software also has a configuration page where you can set the max power per band, mainly to limit power for a PA.
