HL2 Network Connection Issues

My HL2 will work when connected directly to the PC but not when connected to my home network. Thetis and Power SDR says the radio is not connected. However, Spark SDR can see it and connect to it. My router, a Deco Mesh system assigns it an IP. I am able to ping it from the PC but Thetis and PowerSDR cannot see it. I have tried 2 different PCs with the same result. I am wondering if a port(s) in the router needs to be opened up?

Any Ideas?
Thank you

Some network routers and some OS network security subsystems are known to firewall or block broadcast UDP packets.  UDP broadcasts and UDP response packets are required by some SDR apps to Discover HL2 radios.   Ping won't detect this problem.  However, this problem is more often encountered  on macOS and iOS platforms than on x86 and Linux systems.  73, Ron, N6YWU

Thank you for the reply. I think I can eliminate the PCs as the 2 that I have tried both work when they are direct connected. The Deco mesh router is acting kinda strange. The Hermes does not show up most of the time in the list of connected devices but I can ping it and Spark SDR works with it. I wonder if the MAC is offensive to the router? The good side is when the Hermes is put in its final operation position, it will be direct connected to the PC.

I also have a Flex 6600 and it works great, both locally on my internal network and remotely on the WAN.

Update, Quisk and SparkSDR can communicate with the HL2 over my network. Thetis has to be directly connected to the HL2.
