The legacy spotting support and code has been removed from all Thetis versions 2.10.3.13 and onward. It was not being maintained as it had many issues. Use a 3rd party app via TCI such as Cluster-TCI-Bridge by OE3IDE to provide spots to the spectrum.

ON7OFF has videos showing the setup of OE3IDE software with Thetis. I recommend you set this up on version .12 in preparation.
