Tried to update and did not work with spark

What instructions are you following? Any error messages?
Is the radio and SparkSDR receiving RF? Just trying to make sure the Ethernet link is working.
Also try stopping the radio before trying to do the upload firmware.
Instructions for upload:
Directory with .rbf file:
Make sure the file you are uploading is 364KB.
