Hi Oscar,

Does it support Hermes Lite directly or is it running thinking it is a regular Hermes?

John

I've got it running on 20 meters- works great.
I haven't tried transmitting- probably breakout the dummy load on that front.

Hi John,

It runs thinking it is a regular Hermes.
Better testing is required, nevertheless receiver seems ok and TX seems activated too.
I use it with PCB1.1  Hemes Lite and I have no PA at the moment.

Hi Oscar,

Thanks for the links. I've added them to the softerware wiki page. Feel free to update and edit this section. Do you know if Zeus Radio is open source? Does is provide native replacement for virtual audio cables to digital programs and/or network audio?

I also added a link to Quisk on the software wiki page as that now too supports the Hermes-Lite, including Hermes-Lite specific LNA gain, etc., in the recent firmware.

Hi Steve,

Zeus Radio in not open source and there is no licence description into the beta version packages
The About window states "copyright by HFR Electonics", while the Beta versions has been posted into the forum thread by its software developer Yan Alexeenko
The main Russian page is http://www.zs-1.ru/ ( I used google translate...).
The application has been designed to use with the ZS-1 SDR transceiver while at certain time in software development setup for Hermes HIQSDR  etc. has been there. The latest beta versions have Hermes support while the released software download 2.8.1(not beta) does not.
We will see in the future.  It runs in Windows 10 as on Windows7 and 8.1.

Thanks for the advice.  I'm quite lazy in writing on the Wiki as I have still difficulties in using Github while my English is limited :-)

Oscar
