Need help with N2ADR I/O board

I've been racking my head trying to figure out C++ on Windows to make a change to the n2adr_basic/main.c file for band filtering.  Could I bother someone here capible of re-compiling this file with the follwing edits?  It's down at the bottom for the BCD band outputs for the GPIO.  I'm sure I could find a way to figure it out but would like to move forward with my build.  I even tried Arduino IDE but it's erroring out as well.

P.S. Probably need to add GPIO11 reset at the bottom.
