Third beta release of Thetis v2.10.3.6

Here is the third release, v2.10.3.6-beta3 of Thetis for HL2.

Release now uses an installer

- Updated code base to latest official release (2.10.3.6 dev_8)
- Fix for non disablement of PA when disabled form xvtr form
- Added ability to select Alt Rx for transverter input in xvtr form (I/O Board only)

WARNING

This release now contains an installer and will install in the same place as the official Thetis. If you have other Anan radios, this release will work with them, but you must define separate databases with the command line "-datapath" option.

Be aware that the official Thetis is still not HL2 aware, so there may be issues if you try and use a HL2 database with the official release.

This release may need a reset of the database or even a complete rebuild of the setup. You may need to use the Ctrl key at startup to reset things. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

It would be helpful if users could test this release and report bugs in Github, as this will probably be the same code that will appear in the next official Thetis release with HL2 support.

Installed yesterday and all working fine, even made the bands be in better shape :-)

I do like how I can now auto launch other software with Thetis and close when done.
