libhamlib-utils 3.3-10build1
# rigctl --list|grep 240
  240 OpenHPSDR             PiHPSDR 20170121       Beta
 2401 RFT                   EKD-500 0.4            Alpha
It doesn't look like it's been updated since 2017 in which case I would
expect all distros to have it.
I get rig open error on Ubuntu and openSUSE.
# rigctld -m 240Â -r localhost:19090
rig_open: error = IO error
