Hermes Lite 2 Без выходной мощности в Console V 3.4

Приветствую Группу Hermes.  Итак у меня Hermes Lite 2 без питания ТХ. / Использую SDR Console V3.4. При ВКЛ ТХ на Console нет сигнала. хотя потребляемая мощность Hermes Lite 2 возрасла с 250 mA до 440 mA  Реле на передачу сработало.Мощность на выходе 0 температура низкая .RX работает.

Have you enabled the PA? Is there power out on the low power RF1 output? Please try other software. See this help:

Hello,

Please do not contact me via private e-mail. All help should go through this list unless it is of a very personal nature. Please provide responses to my questions.

1. Have you enabled the PA? This must be done in all software. By default, the PA is off. The screenshot below is for SparkSDR.

2. Do you measure power output during transmission on RF1 when the PA is off? This is the low power output. Based on your current readings during transmit, I suspect you are transmitting via the low power output.

3. Have you worked through the wiki, including transmit via CW key? The CW key test is the best test to see if the HL2 is transmitting. It eliminates many potential problems with software. It still requires software to be running. Check for power output at both ANT and RF1.

Hi,

I see there are two e-mails. Once says that the HL2 came to life but the other says there is no power output, even with CW and PA enabled. I'm not sure what your current status is.

Sometimes the PA is damaged during assembly. Some components can be stripped off of the board. Can you please post high resolution pictures of the top and bottom near the PA?

Also, please answer my previous question about power levels out on the low power output when the PA is disabled.

It is difficult to debug this issue due to language barriers. If you think your HL2 is broken, please contact makerfabs regarding an exchange or refund.

Здравствуйте Стив Благодарю Вас за помощь оказанную на 1 этапе настройки HL2  ( Проверка HL2 на TX c помощью программы Spark SDR) Фото прилагаю. ВКЛ Тон Генератор. На выходе ANT -Синус идеальный 7.2V .(ток смещения 240мА-720мА на ТХ) Фото прилагаю.  Вывод - HL2 работает на ТХ.   Отвечаю на Ваш вопрос - уровень мощности на выходе малой мощности RF при ОТК усилителе мощности RF1=0 . Я ОТК  на плате - Q5.  RF1-ОТК.  Языкового барьера нет  я Вас понимаю полностью.  Мне нужна ваша помощь на 2 этапе настройки HL2 c Console V3.4.   Высылаю видео в YouTube работы операторов на передачу HL2 c Console 3.025.   Этого результата хочу получить на моем  HL2. Вы правильно заметили все в программной обеспечении . Прошу  Вас помочь с настройкой HL2 c Console V 3.4 на TX  с Уважением Владимир.

Maybe I could help... I can read & speak Russian.

  Apparently Vladimir is getting full output out the low-level jack.  This happened to me too.

The problem went away when I clicked on the "Enable PA" in the setup for Thetis.

There is a pair of analog switches that route the differential transmit signal EITHER to the low-level jack OR to the PA.  Never

both.

So if there is output at the low level jack, those switches are set wrong.

At this point, I would consult the schematic, get out a scope and verify the control signal to those analog switches.  The signal

is called "n1" and it comes right out of the FPGA.

Thanks for your help. Google translate only goes so far. I am actually 50% Russian via my mother but don't speak the language.

From the last message, it appears Vladimir is seeing output from ANT but the current consumption looks low. I'd expect to see over 2A with full 5W power output. People will often see low power if they don't have the TX drive at maximum, or if they have filter settings which limit the power for certain bands when an external PA is expected. These are software settings which must be changed. Also, sometimes components near the PA can be scraped off during assembly resulting in lower than expected power. A high resolution photo of the top and bottom of the PCB near the PA can help us determine if this is the case.

Привет Стив  внешний усилитель решает эту проблему .Прошу Вас помочь с настройкой HL2 c SDR Console V3,4 на передачу TX Где скачать  папки для загрузок : Gateware 70p3  для загрузки в SDR Console  v3.4 . Заводсккая загрузка 74.2 она не поддерживает SDRC .

Здравствуйте Джерри  У меня другая проблема : запустить HL2  c Console V 3.4  Gateware (заводская прошивка HL2 72.4 ) не работает с Console V3.4 .Где скачать папки для загрузки V70p1. v70p3
 и запустить SDR Console V 3.4 .

Здравствуйте Стив Благодарю за поддержку проблема решилась банально просто  HL2 и SDR RSP 1A не работают вместе в одной программе Сonsole V3.4 запустил отдельно все заработало .С уважением Владимир .

Great! I'm happy to hear your problem is solved. Just to translate for others, SDR Console doesn't support both SDR RSP 1A and HL2 connected at the same time. Connecting one or the other does work.
