Help, I'm losing my configuration...

Hi, often when I exit the latest version of Thetis, but it did the same with previous versions, I lose the configuration and have to load the save file again.... I tried clicking on "STARTUP BACKUP and SHUTDOWN BACKUP" but it works fine for a while but then it resets.... I also tried deleting the folders in the save directory but nothing.... how do you configure it?? Thanks.
