Hi,
when the parameter LRDATA set 2 at the file hermeslite_core.v, synthesized the sourcecode and after flash rfb-file to the hermes lite. Have no more TX-signal, tested with sparksdr and powersdr.
Used Commit 164b11627db40472148e51a2366c7ed384c0f690 and all changes attached as patch.

i found a running version.
Checkout the commit bc6b3449cb2a0d4a59939365f530323c5795da6d.
Change LRDATA to 2.
Change
DSIQ_FIFO_DEPTH to 8192.
