Mic not responding ptt

Hi All,
If I press the MOX button in power sdr the microphone is responding
But, if I press the KEY PTT button in the front panel, the microphone is not responding .
What should I do?

That is not a button. It is a 3.5mm jack to allow plugging in a key or a remote actuator for ptt. Read the wiki.
