Loud Pops and Noises from the speakers

Hi I am having some issues on receive with my Hermes Lite 2+, every so often I will hear some popping in the speaker and then will hear a loud scratching sound for a second or two... I thought I had it fixed by lowering the main display FPS From 60 to about 45, I noticed a small red Square blinking in the left top corner of the display... I got a message from Ritchie MWOLGE and he told me the red box is an indicator that frames are being missed and my PC is potentially getting overloaded drawing the screen... He adviced me to lower my FPS from 60 till I didn't see the red Dot anymore, which I did, That worked for about a day but it started again the next Day..I lowered it as much as I could without the Screen not working correctly , buy no luck, I was running Thetis v2.10.3.6 x64, I tried loading the new 7 Beta 1 and then 2 but it still continues... its not all the time but I would say usually every 15 or 20 Mins and when it happens it will make you jump out of you skin HiHi... Anyone else ever encounter this and if so what did you do to fix it... I am thinking about another pc as a check... But I have been using this one for about 8 months with no issues.. its an I7 PC with 28 GBs of Ram and was always hardly using any pc power maybe 8 or 10 % Any suggestions will be appreciated...
