No Power Output Hermes Lite 2

On both SDR console and Thetis I see output show on the display that goes up and down with the drive control, but have no power output from the transmitter.  Any suggestions as what the problem might be?  The receiver works perfectly, as well as other features.  Thanks for your suggestions.

Starting simple.  Is PA enabled in radio settings?  If so, you can check the PA calibration page and adjust there.  Hope this helps.

Steve this is excellent!   What a great job of covering all the likely problem areas.  I have a binder for my Hermes and this will now be included.  I continue to enjoy this rig, now connected to a KPA500 amp.
