Does anyone know the amplitude and frequency of the PWM band selector signal?

Does anyone know the amplitude and frequency of the PWM band selector signal?(The repurposed fan signal - pin 4.

I'm especially interested in the amplitude of the signal. I would think it should be 3.3V or 5V

but not sure.

No, I'm talking about pin 4 on DB1 which is on the main board near the LEDs.
