Hello all i just assembled a hermes 2 lite and am trying to learn thetis.

There so much to learn. lile drinking from a fire hose.

I am getting about 3 watts max out using 2 tone. meter is reading 6 watts.

drive slider is set to max

My understanding is radio can do 5 watts.

Under PA gain i have all bands except 6m set to 100 percent

is their anything else I can adjust to increase power out or is this about normal for the transceiver?

to Hermes-Lite

3W two tone = 6W single tone.

So your HL2 is working fine.
