I need to switch bands in order to get RX

Hi guys,

When I start Tethis (2.10.3.13) I don't have any RX until I switch to random band.

Any idea what I messed in configuration?

Yes, I've noticed when I first start HL-2 using same version of Thetis it is like the antenna is disconnected - until I turn my my MIDI tuning knob everything fires into life, very odd. Everything works normally after that.
