In an earlier post I have IO board code that puts out Elecraft BCD pattern for 50-1296 transverter band map. It is only a small amount of code and it is easy to swap out the VHF band codes for HF band codes and add a few more bands with cut and paste. I use the BCD output to control a 5-band transverter from a K3. Also passes along PTT. Unlike the Elecraft K3 Line out signal, the IO board buffered GPIO will pull to ground.

With the proper USB adapter connected to your computer it will send
out Yaesu (VK Amps, Elecraft…) band data data to an amplifier, or as I’m using it to a bandpass filter I got from 60dbm.com.
