Please help me do the setting step by step of connecting my Linear Amplifier and make it work with myHermes Lite 2

  Hello. Please help me to do the setting step by step of connecting my Linear Amplifier and make it work with myHermes Lite 2 with the N2ADR filter board and the 2 IO board. Here are the components I have available to connect with the Linear Amplifier. 

1. Hermes Lite 2 with the N2ADR filter board and the 2 IO board. 

2. MIOBOT Thetis software on my computer. 

3. Ameritron ARB-704 (with the AMP, ALC, RADIO, AND Multi-Port in the back) 

4. Retevis Ailunce LPA1 150W HF Linear Power Amplifier (with the RS232 3.5 jack, BAND 3.5 jack and the T/R 3.5 jack in the back) 5. MFJ Automatic Antenna IntelliTuner MFJ-998 1500Watts
