I use a AMD Ryzen 9 mini PC most important is the GPU power as the graphics is the real challenge to run with Thetis.

Deskhpsdr using Linux is a good option for low power pc

Sorry,
I am disagreeing
I use an I5 nuc 8 with internal Intel graphics.

No issues.

Hello,

Yes, I agree with Jurgen.  No special PC needed.
I use an old (refurbished) HP Elite Desk G800 Mini I7 I acquired for 150 Euros on Amazon with internal Intel graphics (no GPU !) and it works fine with 16Gb RAM.
Thetis last version v.2.10.3.13.

I can also confirm, that no high-performance PC is required, to run Thetis:
I am using an HP Elitebook 840G5 with an i5-8350U, which came out 2017.
Running only Thetis on it with a sample rate of 48kHz creates a CPU load of approx. 20%. When I am using FT8, JTDX is running in parallel to Thetis, which results in a total CPU load of approx. 50%.

I have also N100 and N95 based mini PCs, which have the same performance and run Thetis easily.

In addition I am running a very low cost Wyse 5070 Thin Client, that I bought on eBay. I am running that with Debian. The Wyse 5070 has only an Intel Celeron J4105 processor but runs Quisk + JTDX together very well.
