I have a new HL2 with IO board and I believe I have an IP problem. After searching this group and studying the troubleshooting wiki pages, cannot get the unit to receive and I'm at a loss for what to try next. After an initial successful PC direct connection with SDR Console and showing some noise, I reset the IP address using SDR Console to be in the range of our router settings. Now I find no connection or any receive activity. Have performed the key jack reset many times. A SDR console search always finds the device at 192.168.100.100. But when connected it reports the default EEPROM IP=0.0.0.0 and says EEPROM is empty. However, the gateware reports v74.2. An attempt to reload gateware stalls and times out.
LED wise, it's in idle mode as D2 is flashing and D3 is flashing, with a link speed of 1Gbps and D5 on. Thetis reports an error starting SDR present and SparkSDR does not find it. Thoughts on next steps? Seems like it should work, but I'm missing something.
