IO board not working Pure Signal

hi all 

I have installed the IO board into my Hermes Lite 2 there is no signal showing in the Thetis PS FB meter.

Any other settings needed in Thetis  

So please help my with setting

Hi Saad,

The I/O Board needs to be programmed for it to function correctly, have you programmed it? Please have a look at https://github.com/jimahlstrom/HL2IOBoard, which has all the details on the I/O Board.

OK, that version should work. Can you go into more details and what you are doing. Have you selected the PS-A button. Have you tried the Linearity menu? The more information we have the better we can help you.

First of all, thank you for your response and help.

Yes, I connected the ps to the sampler. After power, the PS-A icon was activated. Note that the ps-a line remains dim green and does not read any signal. Even the indicators in the PS-A settings menu do not have any response. The observation is that HL2 does not read the signal coming from IO Barde, although all connections are correct, but there is no response. Are there settings in Thetis that need to be reviewed or changed? I do not know.

OK, check the follow:

Menu Setup|General|PA Control|Enable Full Duplex is ticked
Menu Setup|General|PA Control|Enable PA is ticked
Your sample rate is 192K
The PS-A button is on
The DUP button is on
Your mode is USB or LSB
In the Linearity menu, SetPk is set to 0.2334

The HL2 should pick-up a signal, even without the I/O Board, because of the cross talk on the N2ADS board.
