rustyHPSDR pre-release

I have made a pre-release version of rustyHPSDR available on my github page https://github.com/g0orx/rustyHPSDR.

I have built a Debian package on both my Raspberry Pi 5 running Trixie and on my AMD desktop running Ubuntu 25.10.

They are available by clicking on Releases and then selecting the required .deb file from the Assets. There is information there on how to install it.   You will need to install libfftw3-dev if you do not have it installed already (sudo apt install libfftw3-dev).

The Wiki now contains build information if you want to try building the source code and also a description of how I have setup rustyHPSDR and WSJT-X.

I am just about to go away for our 50th Wedding Anniversary so will not be able to answer many questions until I get back on 2nd February.
