HL2 -no transmit power

Greetings -
I had this thing doing well on it's first test startup a couple weeks ago. Made good power.  But I've been busy in final configurations off and on and apparently I've adjusted something that has stopped or is attenuating output that I just can't find now.

I've been through all the trouble tips and links here, best I could, but the HL2 version of Thetis doesn't align in every case with the original menus.  So I can't really tell what I changed or is not set now correctly that may be stopping output.

All in CW.
I do get the TX light and the relays are flicking. 
Good sidetone and waterfall shows a trace. 
Meter shows 0.
Keying TUN doesn't do it either.

I usually get there, but for the moment I'm stuck.  

Any suggestions welcome. Thank you.

Well, it does make power - on my laptop as before.   So I need to do a bit of comparing versions, etc.
When I moved the HL2 to its permanent home, I fired up a desktop machine for it and reloaded Thetis and got involved in the update to v......10.  Somewhere in here is the issue.

Continuing here;
I appear to be running the same version of HL and HL2 (both P1) on two systems here, both running same version of Windows 10, (a desktop and a laptop).  On the desktop system I do not get the same HL2 Setup menus.  I do not have access to the PA Control tab or Enable Full Duplex, Enable PA.   On the desktop, it shows s Hermes Ctrl.   I'm pretty sure that's why the desktop does not produce an output.  

Can anybody point me in a direction?

If you do not choose Hermes Lite then the HL2 features will not be available.

Dang! I just knew it was something stupid simple I missed. 
Looks like I got on the first set up but just blew through it on the last.  

We are back up and running!
