I uninstalled and reinstalled Thetis v2.10.3.6, but this error still appears. Then I deleted everything from the PC with Thetis, reinstalled and now it works normally.

Delete the Program Folder: Inside the "Roaming" folder, find the "openHPSDR" folder and delete it. This is the folder causing the problem.
Reinstall the Program: After deleting the folder, reinstall the Thetis program from the beginning.
